Dustin Ramsey

Dustin Ramsey has successfully executed a number of transactions for the firm since joining in 2013. His diverse experience serving clients in both buy-side and sell-side capacities across a variety of industries continues to benefit Mezzo’s clients. His expertise is focused in the industrial and business services sectors.

Mr. Ramsey brings over fifteen years of transaction and corporate finance experience. His background spans both client-facing and operational roles across multiple industries, companies, and transactions.

Prior to joining Mezzo (then Mazzone & Associates), Mr. Ramsey held a senior financial analyst role at NAPA, a subsidiary of Genuine Parts Company, where he worked within the corporate finance group. During his tenure, he supported the CFO across finance and accounting functions and oversaw the financial management of the company’s technology divisions.

Mr. Ramsey began his career as an auditor at Frazier & Deeter, where he provided financial reporting services for public and private clients across private equity, fund of funds, and product distribution sectors.

Mr. Ramsey graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both finance and accounting. He also holds an MBA from Emory University, where he was a member of the Emory Center for Alternative Investments.
